How Brittany Got Started

Brittany’s passion for working with children with autism began at an early age. At just 14, she started as a Personal Care Attendant, supporting a child on the autism spectrum. That experience sparked a deep interest in the field and shaped the path she would continue to follow. From the beginning, she was drawn to building meaningful connections and helping children develop skills that support independence and confidence.
